Protecting Arizona's Families
FAIR Arizona is an organization of individuals who live and work in Arizona and who are concerned about the assault on patient rights that is being bankrolled by big insurance companies. We will always stand up for children, individuals and families and right now that means fighting against outrageous legislation that would shield hospitals, doctors and other healthcare workers from legitimate claims even when:
- They amputate the wrong limb
- They give the wrong medicine and the patient is permanently disabled
- They cause catastrophic damage to a patient while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
This is not right, but that is what is being pushed through the legislature right now. (You can find out more about this legislation by following this link)
